Payments to Users
All payments will be made either via AlertPay ("payment processors"). No other payment methods are supported right now. We may change or add new payment methods at any time without notice. All amounts are in US dollars.
To transfer funds from your account, you must manually request for payment to be processed and your balance must be equal to or greater than the minimum level. If we determines in our sole discretion that you have violated the conditions and restrictions of the Site or Terms of Service, we will have the right to refuse to process the transfer.
You must accumulate at least $3.00 for the first request or $10.00 for the second cashout before payment will be issued.
You may only request one payment at a time. After a successful transfer, you must wait 17 days before requesting another transfer.
For Diamond members we will start the transferring process within 1 business days. For Platinum members we will start the transferring process within 3 business days. For Gold members we will start the transferring process within 5 business days. For Silver members we will start the transferring process within 10 business days. For Bronze members we will start the transferring process within 15 business days.
The maximum amount you can receive per request is $50.00.
You must have a correct and existing AlertPay email address. All payments will go directly to that user's email address and cannot be cancelled.
